Pausing and Cancelling

You can easily cancel your membership yourself in your account. Go to 'Memberships' in your account. Click on the button at the bottom of the page 'Pause or cancel membership' to cancel your membership.

During your 14-day reflection period, you can cancel immediately. After the trial period and with an active membership, we apply a one-month notice period. After cancelling, you will immediately receive a confirmation email of the cancellation, including the month of your last payment and delivery.

You can always find the status of your membership(s) in your account. When the status is 'inactive' or 'soon to be inactive', your cancellation has been processed.
