If you have recently changed your membership before the 19th of the month, you will receive your new changed membership the following month.

If you changed your order after the 19th, you will receive a delivery in the old size/design.

If you have not made any changes or if you did it before the 19th and still received the wrong one, we recommend that you request a return in your account. Account.
