Changing your address is very simple and you can arrange it quickly and easily via your account. You will immediately receive a confirmation email of the change.
If you change the address details before the 1st of the month, you can be assured that your upcoming deliveries will be delivered to your new address. If you do this afterwards, you will receive a delivery to your old address. This can be sent to us 'return to sender' free of charge. Read here how to do that. We will then forward it to your new address free of charge.
Please note that if you have multiple memberships in your account, you must change the addresses for each desired membership separately.
